How To Book

You can book anytime 24/7



There is a $25 deposit associated with booking online. The deposit is applied towards the total balance of your service. The deposit is non refundable or transferable. You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited. If you book the same day you must cancel within a half hour of your appointment or the deposit will be forfeited. If you have a Groupon the deposit is waived. Although the deposit is waived a card on file will be required to book the appointment. There are no exceptions. The groupon will be redeemed the day you book. If you have not purchased a groupon for the service you are booking please do not book until you have purchased the groupon. Your appointment will be cancelled if your name is not located on the groupon voucher list. To book your groupon please click on groupon deals tab on the booking site. Please do not place a deposit if you have a groupon because it is not refundable. The cancellation policies still apply to Groupon bookings.

*You must re-book your appointment 24 hours before your original appointment time.

*If you fail to reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit. You will be required to place another deposit in order to re-book.

*$25.00 Late cancellation fee for cancellations made after the 24 hour time frame. Cancellation fee must be paid before booking another service with Jassie B Beauty.

*There is a $25.00 Fee for No call no show. The Fee must be paid before re-booking.

*If you have done a no call no show or a last minute cancel or reschedule (last minute is less than 24 hours notice), a deposit of 50% of the service is required to hold future bookings. The Deposit is non refundable, but will be applied to services booked.

*Please refrain from arriving more than SIXTY (60) minutes before your appointment.

*Allow time before your appointment to fill out consultation paperwork.

*There is a 10 minute grace period for clients running late. After FIVE (5) minutes with no communication from you. Your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS!

*Please communicate your tardiness. If you are running late at the time of your appointment and have not told me I will assume you are not coming and move to next client.

*Please be aware that when you are late to your appointment you will get the remaining time you have left within your appointment time frame. Extra time to complete the appointment will not be allowed.
*You will receive a Confirmation Text with time, date, location & service. The text will be sent to the number and email you provide. Please make sure your contact information is correct when entering.

*Please reply to the confirmation text to confirm your appointment.

*If you would like to cancel or reschedule you may do so directly through the confirmation email.

*If you wish to reschedule your appointment, your deposit payment is valid for 60 days with one chance to reschedule. You MUST reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE ONLINE. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL CANCEL IF YOU TRY TO RESCHEDULE MORE THAN ONCE.

*Please keep in mind that appointment books maybe filled at the time of your appointment and may not allow time for add on services. Please book additional services accordingly.

*All company (extra persons) are to wait in designated lobby area. NO small CHILDREN please.

*All payments are made in full when services are rendered. Payment is accepted in cash, cash app, PayPal, visa, master card and American express.
